Hello all,
I'm new to the community. Did my first TSC this morning and it was an amazing experience. Reneta and Heidi of the Mansfield YMCA did an incredible job of making us feel welcome and guiding us through the different phases. During the rest periods, they provided us a wealth of knowledge and a tsunami of encouragement.
I'm 64 years old and did not expect to be starting anything like this at this age. I'm hooked and already looking forward to the October event!
Thanks for helping this old dog learn some new tricks.
