I thought it would be fun and maybe inspiring to some that at age 51 I was able to lose 24 pounds in 2 1/2 months. The before picture was taken in August but it wasn't until September that I started the weight loss program. If you can't see the image try clicking on the link below it. I definitely lost muscle mass and strength but I addressed some health issues quickly and I have no regrets. I'm now in the midst of @aciampa's Serious Endurance program and aim to replace 10 pounds of fat with 10 pounds of muscle in the next year, mainly with kettlebell work.
