Hello All!
This is my weekly update for my goals. I keep a notebook for my day to day, but I figured that any progress made could be condensed and with slight (hopefully consistent) improvements. Plus, since the program I'm following (S&S 2.0) is a step progression, it takes up less space to say, "i did this 5 times this week," rather than logging it every day. And I dont always want to go on the world wide web.
I'm currently 38, spent a decade in the Marines, have trained off and on since I got out and am working on being consistent with training. I want to be able to be a B.A. should the need arise...and looking the part would't hurt either. I have experience with KB, BB, etc... so there is some muscle memory. The past year was too seditary, and I put on some weight. My "official" official starting point for my progress is 02AUG20. I took some stats and am treating it like a science experiment.
My immediate goal is to reach the Simple Standard. For a male.
