Bent press assistance movement for strength in standing up.
I´m no expert on this one. Never bent presses because I lack the flexibility.
But if I were to I´d probably look into the Steinborn squat.
Overhead squat get-ups should do the trick if upper-back and shoulder mobility isn't problematic.
Bottom heavy windmill is my favorite.
