I'm looking for constructive criticism on my bent press.  I haven't been coached on this movement and have been practicing a few weeks so any advice is greatly appreciated.  This was my last set of singles: 24, 28, 32, 40, 44, 48, 48.  Thanks in advance.

First, good work, putting up the beast in any form whatsoever is solid! I'm no bent press expert, hopefully David Whitley will be along soon to critique. Here's what I saw, fwiw:

a) clean looked good

b) seems like you don't always keep your forearm perfectly vertical, this makes it harder than it needs to be. Of course, easier said then done, and I struggle with this issue myself, but the more vertical the better.

c) look's to me like your pressing the bell out a bit at the end. Now, some folks due to their proportions are just going to have to do that, but it looks to me like you have room to go a bit lower.

again though, I could be wrong, and I'm nitpicking; overall a very strong press; looked to me like you had strength to spare.

Thanks Jason. I appreciate your comments and definitely agree about needing to get lower and not pressing the finish.  Thanks again!
