PlanStrong/BuiltStrong Best Place To Start

Hello,

Quick question.

I have both of Fabio’s programs …

Built Strong 3 and Built Strong 4&6.

I’m leaning toward starting off with BTS 3.

Here’s why…

I’m 51 and haven’t been consistent with strength work in a long, long, long time.

I train bjj 3-4 times a weeks and I’m thinking the lower volume of BTS3 1-2 times a week might be the best starting point.

I would say start with BTS3 and see how it goes, if after a cycle or two you are feeling good, getting good results and recovering well, try BTS4, "repeat until strong".
