I attempted The Eagle workout from Dan John. Had to set the bells down twice. Severely underestimated this.

Good work. I did it years ago with 2 16kg bells and it murdered me.

Yeah I should of started with lighter bells. The 24kgs front rack sucks the soul from you ha. On paper it doesn't look too bad but wow I have been humbled.
