i am a martial artist who want to get stronger but stil have enough time to train my martial arts.
i have tried a lott of strenght training routines but most of the time i ended up just do these strenght workouts because i didnt had the energy to train my martial arts.
then i read that routine from dan john, it seems short and effective. you put the timer on 15-20 minutes and then you perform 2 cleans, 1 press and 3 squats as often as you can.
i dont have the space to train with a barbell, i have two kettlebells, i can do oull ups and dips and i have a heavy sandbag.
