Hello,
I purchased Breacher Strong after noticing it on the forum. I enjoy body weight and kettlebel so it seemed like a good fit. I also read the No Substitutions blog post and would like to follow the sample program as intended. The sample workouts do not mention how many days per week to train vs rest. Do you have any suggestions or should I just alternate workouts and rest as needed?
