How effective would you say the following is for back hypertrophy? I wasn’t sure how effective breaking up the sets would be.
I have a desk job. There is a pull up bar at my building. In addition to my regular evening workouts, I have been doing 1 set of pull-ups approximately every 1.5 hours on MWF. Slow negatives. About 13-15 reps to failure. This is all I do for back. Thought I’d try it for 6 weeks.
