Does back bridging/wall walking have its place in a body weight strength routine(OAP's, pistols and pull ups) if you are already doing swings/snatches and tgu's to supplement conditioning?
Justin, I would not call it a strength exercise but it is an excellent stretch to counter the effects of flexion on the spine and stretch the hip flexors at the same time. Feels nice too. If you add it to S&S, do it last.
ok thanks i am doing Breacher Strong 2 days and SS 2 days but was just curious because i don't see in mentions. When getting stronger with squats is it ok to replace one of the Breacher Strong goblet squats with pistols. Not trying to mix and match just looking for progression.
