Kettlebell BU press and SImple..

Dunno about programming, but I just practice bu presses after s&s. Don’t bother counting sets or reps just practice.
Doesn’t really help does it, sorry about that.
 
I do them here and there as a 'snack' of sorts, usually after farmer carries. I actually prefer BU cleans, if you take a weight you can handle and BU clean it you can hold it for 10 secs or so, then swing switch to the other side, this I'll go back and forth 4 or 5 times. Once in awhile i'll grab a 16k and do a BU get-up on each side, they're very tough to get through, any deviation and it's a fail, they're fun though..
BU training is hard to program as grip strength for me varies depending on the 'grip load' of whatever I'm working on before doing them. I suppose you could do them first but then you still need a strong grip for say heavy 1HSW, in this case it's a non-starter.
