I’ve always appreciated the strongfirst mindset and their attention to energy systems that develop mitochondria and strength endurance. This has benefited me greatly in my Muay Thai and Bjj training. Lately I’ve been researching the Bulgarian bag and Ivan Ivonovs system for strength and conditioning for martial artists, I loved the exercises and could see how they can benefit my performance however I still cannot neglect the kettlebell and my two favorite exercises the swing and the get up. Is there an effective way for me to combine Bulgarian bag and kettlebell to develop strength endurance for martial arts? I have a 26 lb Bulgarian bag and kettlebells from 20kg - 40kg.
