Kettlebell Chris Lopez' "Rex" Program

As I stated during the kettlebell strong thread, I recently did Chris Lopez' "Rex" program. It is a snatch based program done for three days a week and adds in rucking. The goal of the program is fat loss.

It's a density type program and it worked very well for me. I went down about 10 pounds but most importantly to me, I started fitting back into clothes that "must have shrunk" at the cleaners. It also got me quite a bit stronger!

The protocol is easy to follow and Chris provides templates for 3 day a week workouts to 6 days a week.

I forgot how effective the single arm snatch is!

I plan on running it again in the future and would like to recommend to anyone interested in quick fat loss (of course I cut junk food out in addition to doing Rex).

Kudos to Chris for putting it together!
