Does anyone still incorporate circuit training to their workout programmes. Back into my S and S last week and felt fresh. Decided to run through a bas rutten audio workout I've used in the past for boxing. It's basically circuit training, lots of press ups, burpees etc, about 30 mins. I enjoyed it and was sweating buckets when I had finished. I know that circuits aren't in vogue at the moment but interested to see does anyone here still use them??
