Has anyone taken CQ for arthritis or to relieve joint pain and inflammation? The reviews online are good and sometimes a little unreal. It would be good to hear from lifters and active folks on this.
I'm also considering a SynVisc One injection due to a recent knee scope which found severe chondromalacia and arthritis. I know, I'm too young for that, but I had a horrible accident where I was hit by a car as a teenager that put this degraded joint into motion.
