Old Forum Conditioning plan

Guys , finally I've decided my conditioning plan.

3 days a week will be:

a) long run alternate to short run ( once a week)

b) swing/snatch  kb in high amount and  burpee   (Once a week)

c) sprint hill / H.I.T  again once a week

I've decided to keep everything  with variation as a key!

 

 

 
 
Great plan. Think about running a 20-30 minute gradually uphill climb every 4th week instead of the hill sprints. As you get better at it and are consistently running 30 minutes uphill try to do the same run in 20 minutes.
