Old Forum Consecutive Day in S&S

So has anyone done S&S more than 7 days in a row without a day off?  No point to this question, just curiosity.

I have not gone that long. 6 is the max for me. My calluses and elbows let me know they need a day off.

I’ve been doing it since it came out for the most part (I’ve missed maybe 10 days due to injury/sickness). Probably the biggest recurring issue is I sometimes let the calluses get out of control and it is hard to get on top of that while swinging every day. Other than that, I have had no problems recovering from day to day.
