Off-Topic CPAP & Alternatives

I promise this is my last post in this thread. I have met people in sleep forums who have claimed this works for them. So I put it here for your consideration.

It is a variation on exercising tongue and throat muscles - ie in the same basket as singing, didgeridoo, tongue gymnastics, etc

I have one and use it but I cannot say whether or not is has had any effect on me. YMMV & It Depends
I'm curious to hear if you have any improvements in a few weeks.

The most I ever weighed was 215 (at 5'8") and snoring and apnea was a problem. Losing 20lb made a big difference.

Making sure the sinuses are clear is important. I use saline nasal spray occasionally. Allergy meds are pretty much a daily things for me too.

I recommend trying the Sinu Pulse Irrigator and/or a saline rinse with xylitol as well.
