Never been so week in my life, went to do a staple in my routine today after being off working out since start of November, 10 min emom 10 sets of 3 was always easy built up to 10 sets of 4 for nearly all sets depending on the day today however I did 3 sets of 3 and could only manage sets of 1 for the rest, that can’t be normal that’s a huge loss in strength, double 32kg was my weight I’ll update how long it takes to recover to at least 10 set emom of 3 reps, this was an emom of double strict overhead press sorry if I forgot to say
