For a long time now, I have heard that I should lift with a big chest.  I have also heard that not having adequate T-spine mobility is the cause of what looks like inadequate shoulder mobility, and that it is essential to have adequate T-spine mobility in order to lift properly and maintain healthy shoulders. When a lifter displays adequate T-spine mobility, would being able to lift with a big chest be one of the  ways that manifests itself?

I would also like to ask, what does T-spine extension look and feel like?  If you were going to describe to me what it is like to extend my T-spine, what would you tell me to do?
