Hi I have in home 24kg which for me is now light kettlbell and also I have and train with 32kg A+A protocol currently .S&S i do in gym with 40kg...

But I feel that Iam stronger and comming soon I will need heavier bell and I think what is best selection for man who want train for strenght and hypertrophy :
-buy another 32kg and train double clean &jerk/press/squat and strong dynamic snatches.

-buy 40kg bell and train single press and Snatches
?
Thankyou for your advices

From what I’ve read here and on other sites, if hypertrophy is one of your goals, double kettlebell training is usually better than single.

2 x 32kg = 64kg squats, cleans, jerks, presses, swings, etc.

I’m sure there are exceptions. For example if you really enjoy doing Turkish get-ups, windmills and bent presses, then I would go with the 40kg.

Personally, I only have a pair of 16kg and 24kg bells. I use them for practicing the clean and jerk. If I ever get serious about practicing the C&J, I will get another 32kg bell.

Now if hypertrophy is a major concern and you have access to barbells, then that would be my vote.
