I chose high volume after an easy run because it’s something I can do literally anywhere albeit the park outside my house before I am back home

Saturday:
Rest

Sunday: Long Run a lot of hills

Am I getting in enough volume across the whole body to develop strength and mass along with my ambitions of running?

Partially enough volume around my legs, which Includes a fair amount of running hills during one of the harder running days such as long runs, normally around 8-10 miles with 400-700ft elevation gains

Thank you for the advice
