Old Forum Fast Tens Question For Pavel

Pavel,

I have been playing around with the "fast tens" program again.  I did it successfully a while back but I have one question.   The last time I did it I did day three's workout with thrusters for part B (front squat and push press)

Today I tried something differently, doing a front squat, stopping in the rack then push pressing, back to the rack, another front squat, etc.  Found this brutal by the way.

Was the original intent to do thrusters or the way I did it today?
 
John, if I recall correctly, the way you did then was the way I intended them to be done.

What you are doing now is just as good. Many good ways to get it done.

Siemen, it is a program Pavel came up with a while back focussing on quick lifts with kettlebells three days a week for six weeks which in turn develop power and induce hypertrophy.  I believe it can still be found in Hardstyle Magazine from spring (2005)?
