I have been playing around with the "fast tens" program again. I did it successfully a while back but I have one question. The last time I did it I did day three's workout with thrusters for part B (front squat and push press)
Today I tried something differently, doing a front squat, stopping in the rack then push pressing, back to the rack, another front squat, etc. Found this brutal by the way.
Was the original intent to do thrusters or the way I did it today?
