Training Log (Public) First time training in over 15 years

April 19th
Built my own log press, 220lbs. Just freeballed it, no specs just eyeball basically. Wanted something to play around with to get the general feel for the event.

Got my log ready. Not perfect, a little off center, but for free I can't beat it. Right at 220-225lbs(scale was jumping a little bit) Never tried a log press before, fun! Got it first try so that was cool.
Now onto actual OHP workout!


 
April 19th
Cycle 2 Week 1 OHP
This workout was done AFTER I played with my new homemade log press 3 times
14,125lbs total pressed overhead
81 total reps
The first 3,320lbs were strict pressed
5 x 115
5 x 145
3 x 165
5 x 215
5 x 225 (strict pressed everything above this and 2 of these)
5+ x 235(did 8 reps)
5 sets of 10 x 165
 
April 19th
Decided to give it one more go tonight, stone to shoulder followed by log press. Both weigh 220lbs
