Bodyweight G&G push-ups at work all day?

I tried Finding a topic somewhere for this, and I’m sorry if i missed It. But i walk All day at work and i want To do something throughout the day since I’m taking a break from the bells.

What would be a way to do this that wouldn’t be overloading on reps by the end of the day?

set the framework.

max 100 reps for the whole day.
5/20 @ > 15min.
10/10 @ > 30min.
aim to make them all explosive.

When I was doing Grease the Groove explicitly, as little as 1/2 of this volume still presented me with uninterrupted progress.
maybe lower - but after a few months, I couldn't really tell.

maybe alternate them on the day with bodyweight pause squats, or jump squats.
