Old Forum Goblet Squat form check

Hi,

My goal is to maintain my squat pattern by doing the goblet squat.  Prior to these reps I did some dead bugs, lying cross-crawls, leopard crawls both fwd & bwd, J-dawgs, and some rocking from the OS resets.  I'm most interested in hearing how my lower back looks, if there's too much movement in it, or if I'm not yet ready to go down as low as I did.  Thank you for any insight.

Thank you.  They are.  I like them because the sole is completely flat with zero drop.  A buddy of mine made them.  They were called Altum, but may have changed to Whitetrail.
