Old Forum GTG for sports specific technique

Hi everyone,

 

I wonder if applying GTG for drilling techniques (BJJ) would work.

For strength, GTG is about developing the neuro-muscular connections without tiring right?

So how about drilling a specific technique for e.g. 20 times every hour keeping it short?

Do you think it would work?
