I'm pretty weak (for now) and I started training again (chin up and military presses GTG, plus swings) after years of nothing, due to nasty healt problems I live with. I couldn't do a single chin up so I did a week of negatives after which I was able to arrange 1/2 complete chin ups. Well after just a week of GTG I just achieved 5 chin ups. Besides my military presses RM with the kettlebell has gone from 10 to 15 in two weeks.
