Chris lives in the same city as me and on top of being an amazing lifter, I can tell you first hand he is an awesome guy as well.  I'm super happy for him he was able to pull this off.

 
 
That's a tremendous feat. I wonder what Benni Magnusson could do, he hit 550x22 without even slowing down after his 1015 pull... his conditioning might be a limiting factor, though. And sumo is generally easier to rep than conventional.

^ And this definitely bears no resemblance to crossfit, if only because of the weight used.
 
Throwing weight around 405 lbs for an extended period of time is very impressive in my books. Personally, I like setting my lift down and resetting. I feel my  back can't take what he's doing. Everyones body is different and can tolerate less or more.
