Old Forum Gyms in Cincinnati?

I'm a physical therapy student from Ohio State doing a 10 week internship in Cincinnati. I was wondering if anyone here might know of any good facilities in the area that I may be able to train at while I'm here for an affordable rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
