Kettlebell Having kettlebell at the office

BTW, I'm loving my new 26kg bell for office snatching. Heavier than 24kg, but still comfortable to snatch without chalk.

Got 130 reps in and didn't break a sweat (the A/C was on "walk in refrigerator" mode, which helped).

Im doing one exercise a day when GTG other than S&S. And I have done a couple of different ones. Front squats and one leg deadlifts.
So basically I do have four exercises. Im not sure if its too much, but I do feel good about it...
If I would drop one, it would be front squats because my glutes and hip area really seem to like one leg deadlifts, which Im now doing with weight.

Sorry, I was not clear. I meant I was able to go through with that ratio, but didn`t always.
That being said, thanks for reminding, because on average I think I was rushing through the routine too quickly.

Good ideas. I think I might go for a run. Its been like 5 months since the last one. :)
