I have the "simple" part down on the TGU at least. Today, I got a little bit closer to the simple part for the swings.
So, all one arm swings but with the 1.5. All TGUs were done with the 2 pood.
In the short time since I've been doing S&S I have noticed mass in my arms shoulders and chest for sure.
My resting heart rate is going down. My BP numbers are still a bit high (although not dangerously so) but so is my weight. When that comes down, I'm sure the BP will too.
This program can only be described with two words: it works! I won't like and say it isn't boring as all get out sometimes, but that is my typical American problem. Yes, I can go run a mile, jump on a box fifty times, do 25 sloppy reps of an OLY Snatch and get rhabdo, or I can do this and be okay afterwards. I think it's a no brainer.
Thanks StrongFirst. I'm finally putting some pride back into this USMC bulldog tattoo I earned back in '95.
