Old Forum Help getting pull-ups to neck/chest for TSC?

I can do about 3 chin over the bar pull-ups right now. For the TSC they need to be bar touching the neck/chest. What is the best way to get those extra few inches?  I am trying to lose some bodyweight to help.
 
Just need to pull your body a little closer/under the bar after your chin clears.
 
Stop at the top and hang out there for awhile.  Try pulling your elbows in and activating your lats. Reverse shrug.
 
Patrick, you need to learn the hollow position.  Take a SF bodyweight course or at least read Hardstyle Abs.
