Hi everyone, I'd appreciate some help/suggestions on programming my pushes. Im 5'11 and 190lbs, but will be starting gain some weight soon.

Here is what I currently have access to and my current strength levels:
- Trap bar floor/rack press (205x8, 225x3, 245x1)
- Pushups (BW) - can do about 30 quality reps
- Pushups (+20) - can do about 20 quality reps
- Pushups (+40) - can do about 15-18 quality reps
- KBs (10,25,35, 24kg, 32kg) - Can press 24kg for about 12 reps, and 32 kg for about 2-3 reps
- I also have pushup handles, rings, sandbags, and some bands.
