My hips have been feeling much tighter and sort of irritated from Deadlifting lately. I wouldn't say they hurt but it's really uncomfortable. I also noticed some cracking in my hips. I stopped deadlifting for a short while and just stretched them everyday and my hips felt much better. Now that I'm deadlifting again, my hips are getting worse again! I'm going to continue to stretch them but any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
