I am about to use the 20 days program from inside his book and article about HKC> This will help me get my foundations down. In this resource he mentions to do Fast and Loose, so I am purchasing that DVD as it is not in my collection yet.

What he does mention and would like some suggestions on, as I am thinking it is either in the DVD I am getting or maybe like super joints has this but the following:

mobility drills especially for these areas:
• Neck
• Shoulders
• Thoracic mobility
• Hips

Looking for the drills to add for here.

Any other suggestions for this basic work including other books and dvds to have would be very welcomed. I am working on the HKC online material for certification for myself finishing level one and then pan on level two.. Hope that is ok to mention. Thanks.

Honestly mind the gap by Brett JONES is your best bet here. Covers fast and loose and all the areas mentioned above. I have that the DJ book and have used that programme a few years back and Mind the gap would fit really well with that program.
