Just do it in the morning? I usually do about 15 minutes of handstand/equilibre type practice every morning.
 
You're probably fine as long as you keep it separate from your S&S sessions. Handstands are tiring on the shoulders, so you want to make sure you're not doing them back to back with the get ups. So, if you're doing S&S in the afternoon, then morning would be good. Make sure to keep it practice intensity if you're planning on doing them most mornings, don't want to put too much stress on the shoulders.
 
Sud, if you are serious about HS, you will have to reduce the GU volume to a bare minimum that keeps your shoulders healthy.  Experiment.
 
It is, as it is my primary focus. I am hoping to utilize the bells for stronger shoulders, and getting much leaner.
