Dan John said for boxers he does a vertical press (overhead press) + vertical pull (pull up) + deadlift. He never said hinge. He said deadlift. He said do 3 sets of 3.
How does the pull up help boxers, it doesn't make sense? (3 sets of 3 isn't hypertrophy)
