I was practicing fast and loose drills and kept having a haunting feeling that I have seen this before.  Then it dawned on me, Pavel got his ideas for fast and loose from The King of Rock and Roll, a Hunk of Burning Love, Elvis himself.  I dare you to say it isn't so!

I can't believe I never noticed this before, but you are 100% correct.  everyday going through my joint mobility exercises I feel a twitch in my upper lip and I have an urge to rip through jailhouse rock.  The Chairman is a medium and he has us all channeling the King.  I wonder ... if I wear my blue chuck taylors and a white jump suit when I train ... hmmm ... with all those StrongFirst practitioners taking on the 10,000 swing challenge, there's definitely a whole lotta shaking go on.
