Was wondering if anyone is familiar with this professors work and how it could be incorporated into a MMA/BJJ strength and condition program. A Russian friend of mine showed it to me and said he had success with it. Lots of partial range of motion reps to train mitochondria and the muscled that fatigue fastest during combat sports.
