You're correct - you've got a good memory! I've been doing the (T-Spine) mobility drill almost daily and have seen some improvement there. I agree - the tightness is not the reality. I was re-reading "Movement" around pg 290 yesterday and found that quite helpful. I'm just amazed that I have a muscle memory that is involuntarily tighter than a conscious 1rep max effort. Weird - like I am some walking one rep max... actually half a walking one-rep max.
I'm investigating someone who is experienced at releasing something like this to give me the chance to feel what full mobility is like then make that the new "reality".
