Kettlebell Injuries caused by kb training

The only injuries I've experienced have been because of underlying conditions that made those exercises innapropriate for me.

Well, I also tried a weighted deck squat with a heavier weight than I was ready for. I got a chipped tooth and a headache for that one.
 
Right rib cage- i suspect it is costochondritis? My ribs had felt a bit tight lately - I thought it might be from TGU's but when I hiked my 24kg back for a swing the other day.....ouch. My right side ribs did not like it. So I tried some 20kg presses. That made it worse. The next day I couldn't lay on my back. So now, I am doing a 8 week base building program from Tactical Barbell to give my ribs a chance to heal. I suspect I've been over training and under recovering...
