Old Forum Is there an FCT video by Pavel?

I haven't understood the instructions/pics in Hardstyle Abs very clearly. Is it that the torso (I mean, ribcage locked to pelvis) doesn't or hardly pivots while the arms come to the side? The pics in Bulletproof Abs seem to show a slightly greater turn.

I must say that the DVD for Hardstyle Abs is worth picking up. I had the same question and found the videos very useful. To see it "live" and not only read really helped me out with the hollow position.

Thanks all. Sorry, I should have checked youtube before posting. I'd seen the video before, from Waterbury's interview of McGill on T Nation, I think? Finally, alles klar! Got to get the HA dvd.
