Tomorrow early shift so decided to do tomorrows training today (in the rain).

2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) left
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) right
2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) left
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) right
2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- 8.4 km run

*strong endurance protocol. Change side every minute.
Minute 1: 2 reps left
Minute 2: 3 reps right
Minute 3: 5 reps left
Minute 4: 2 reps right
Minute 5; 3 reps left
Minute 6: 5 reps right
