Keep moving

Tomorrow early shift so decided to do tomorrows training today (in the rain).

2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) left
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) right
2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) left
- (2-3-5) press 20 kg) right
2 x (2-3-5) KB snatch (24 kg kb)*
- 8.4 km run

*strong endurance protocol. Change side every minute.
Minute 1: 2 reps left
Minute 2: 3 reps right
Minute 3: 5 reps left
Minute 4: 2 reps right
Minute 5; 3 reps left
Minute 6: 5 reps right

5.5 km walk this morning with my wife and oldest son. Due to a strained muscle he asked if we could walk as he did not dared to run.
In thecafternoon another short 1.8 km walk followed by the below clubbell and KB training.

- 5 x (1/1 gama cast & 1 squat)
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 10 KB (28 kg) swings
- (1-2-3) KB (22 kg) press left
- (1-2-3) KB (22 kg) press right
- 10 KB (28 kg) swings

Before lunch a 4.6 km walk with my son.

This afternoon:

2 x (10/10 gama cast & 5 goblet squats)
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 10 double handed (28 kg) KB swings
- (1-2'3) KB (22 kg) press left
- (1-2'3) KB (22 kg) press right
- 10 double handed (28 kg) KB swings
3 x 5 clubbell barbarian squats

Goblet squats: 22 kg kb
Gama casts/ barbarian squats: 12 kg clubbell

5.6 km run

As I gave not done much snatch work lately, I decided to back off and use 20 kg kb. A good a 's smart choice. Went smooth, did not hurry them. Based on geoff neupeets snatch program.

Running was a benchmark run (9 minutes) but I just continued gor a nice round. Quite fast, avg speed 5:23 a km @55 years. Not bad for an old grumpy warrant officer hahaha
