Poor sleep. 152#
Q&D 32kg 1h swings and banded elevated parallete push-ups. Broke protocol and did push ups for 10 seconds rather than 10 reps.
60 swings/92 pu (15/15-16/15-16/15
Been thinking about starting some steady state cardio. Currently Q&D 3 times a week, grinds for 2ish days, and a few walks with the kids. Not sure if the walks with the boys count or not.
If anyone has any thoughts, definitely feel free to jump in.

Currently weighing 153#. Started with kettlebells in December of 19 with S&S. Hit timeless a few weeks back and have been growing more comfortable since.

BPM 150 (carotid) going into 10th tgu. Definitely a reminder that s&s is a skill. Also 90 outside so that may have also affected the work.

8/10 tgu on left lost lock.out on roll to back. Not a success

18:40 1/2 w/32, 3/4 with 40, 5-10 w/32.
TGU: 32kg for all. Lost 3rd tgu with 40kg on roll to sit. Did remainder of reps slowly. OAPU from yesterday definitely left me sore.
Difficult session. HR was high, 150s. Very hot
