Hi all,
During kettlebell swings, it seems that no matter how much I hinge and wait for the bell, the kettlebell flips up to some degree during the backswing.
I have corrected it to the extent that it no longer touches my backside by hinging further and deeper, however when I film myself it is apparent that it still flips up a little.
Could this be down to either;
The kettlebell being too light for my frame/strength levels? (it is only 20kg)
I am gripping it too tight on the backswing?
I am currently working towards 1 hand swings and it is interesting to note it doesn't happen on these.
Any advice you could offer me would be great, thanks.
