Thank you, I had missed this one. Might be perfect for my next deadlift cycle. Part 2 article leaves room to continue working on snatches and presses on the alternating days. Good stuff!
 
What would be the difference between those two plans and the weekly total template?
I erred on the side of caution and started doing it. Two days of dreads and heavy farmers walks and two days of S&S and light farmers walks.
 
Question on the first article @Steve Freides - it says to practice three days a week; is Workout 1 repeated three times, then Workout 2 is week 2, etc? Or is week 1 workouts 1-3 and it’s a total of two weeks at a time until the 85% day feels like a 90% effort per the article?
