today I decided to swing my 16kg. My form wasn't terrible, but was definitely a little sloppy. Once I bumped up to the 24kg I noticed a huge improvement in form. Does anyone else notice a change in their form when swinging a lighter kettlebell?
NJRick, what you notice with swings is what I notice with cleans: the heavier-up to a certain point-, the better. We are not the only ones, but I don´t know the reason.
I've been doing very light swings as a LSD alternative to jogging. 20 lbs. is the lightest I can go. Any lighter is just too silly, my mind wanders, and I lapse into anatomical breathing.
